Frequently asked
What counts as a hectare?+
Total declared area across all vineyards in your account. You set it at signup; we reconcile against your mapped blocks.
What about contractors?+
Free. They get their own login, can only see jobs assigned to them, and don't count against any limit.
Can I switch tiers?+
Yes, upgrade any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens when I add a vineyard?+
Your subscription updates automatically. We prorate within the billing period. Removing a vineyard takes effect at the next billing cycle (no refund mid-period).
Do I need special equipment to map my vineyard?+
To map your rows to 2cm, yes. That's accuracy a phone GPS can't reach, and it's what lets Archer place every row exactly. We supply the Archer Mapping Kit: a professional RTK receiver, configured for Archer and ready for Marlborough's RTK network. A block takes about 10 minutes to walk. Already own survey-grade GNSS? Talk to us, it may work too.
Do you support other regions?+
Marlborough at launch (June 2026). Join the waitlist for other regions.
What about other crops?+
Vineyards first. Tell us what you grow and we'll let you know when we get there.
